Bronze alloy with high Pb content. The hardness is 107 HV0.3. The interdendritic lead inclusions (lead is practically insoluble in the Cu matrix) are already superficially oxidised during polishing and partially dissolved out during etching.
The bluish phase contains about 15 at-% Sn, 82% Cu and about 1.5% each Si and P, presumably beta-CuSn.
