Welding powder 10.81 for submerged arc welding

The powder melts during submerged arc welding and protects the seam from air ingress, eliminating the need for shielding gas. The agglomerated powder particles examined mainly contain Al, Mn and Si oxide. Specifically, small particles of Mn oxide, NaAlSi2O6, CaF2, TiO2, MgO, Fe oxide and SiO2 (among others) were identified.
