Inconel 625 or Nicrofer 6020 is extremely corrosion resistant and contains the main alloying elements in the following concentration:
21-23% Cr
8-10% Mo
3.2-3.8% Nb + Ta.

Etched with modified Inconel 718 solution: 15 ml water + 9 ml isopropanol + 26 ml HCl 32% + 6 ml H2O2.
